Brickwork Orange currently ships to addresses throughout New Zealand.

Standard Shipping – $9 Flat Rate

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9 per order, anywhere in New Zealand, including rural addresses.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $199+

Enjoy FREE nationwide shipping when you spend $199 or more in a single order!

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. No discount code is required.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As some of our products are pre-loved, custom, handmade or one-of-a-kind, processing times may occasionally vary.

Our standard shipping service has an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, delivery location and any unexpected delays.

DELIVERY

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery delays can sometimes occur outside our control. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or goes missing, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

PRE-LOVED LEGO® SETS & PRODUCTS

Some products sold by Brickwork Orange are pre-loved, retired or otherwise unique. We take care when packing these items to help ensure they arrive safely.

Pre-loved LEGO® sets will come disassembled for safer and more practical shipping.

LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS

Some larger, fragile or unusually shaped products may require special packaging or handling to ensure they arrive safely.

Our standard shipping rates still apply unless a different arrangement is clearly stated on the product listing or agreed with you before purchase.

FREE AUCKLAND PICKUP – BY ARRANGEMENT

We offer FREE local collection from the West Auckland area.

Simply select Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2–4 days. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you so that a suitable collection time can be arranged.

The exact collection address will be provided privately once arrangements are confirmed.

Please do not arrive for collection without a confirmed pickup time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're starting close to home and currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
